ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Stax Reclamation Ltd shall be under no obligation to supply the items ordered via the website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the item from us. We will acknowledge your offer within the hours of 10am-6pm Monday to Friday, we will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the chosen products in stock and they are available at the price listed. Please NOTE- Deadline for next day delivery is Mon-Fri 3pm. If the items are out of stock, subject to delay or the price is higher than shown on your order, we will contact you ASAP on the email address attached to your order. If we cannot contact you, we will continue to process the remaining items. We will not supply a substitute without your consent.
DELIVERY
We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. If you wish to track your parcel please email info@staxreclamation.com and we will send you a tracking number. Most orders will be despatched within 1 to 2 working days. We can not guarantee delivery on Saturdays and Sundays. We will contact you if there is a problem with your order or if the items are out of stock.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns can be made within the 14 days of receipt for a refund of an item. For returns made outside the 14 day period we will happily exchange the product to the value that it was purchased at. In all cases the items that are being returned should be in their original condition, which should include tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected once returned. Goods are your responsibility until they reach Stax Reclamation Ltd. Please ensure items are packaged correctly, to prevent any damage in transit. We are not responsible for any items that are damaged once returned.
